Blackburn College, FdSc Computing (Network and Forensics)

Our Foundation Degree in Computing (Networking & Forensics) is designed for students wishing to enter ICT networking employment or progress to an Honours Degree programme. The course will prepare you for the challenges and developments in the networking industry with a focus on security too. You will study the local and national shortage in network administration and network security and will focus on the planning, installation, configuration and management of modern computer networks. Later in the course you'll then extend this knowledge to cover common forensic analysis techniques used within the network security sector to protect company data and systems.
