Senior leadership role working on a large security transformation programme for a financial services organisation.  This is a broad information security / IT security leadership role, to be responsible for all aspects of the company's information risk assurance and project security assurance programmes globally.  This is part of a global security transformation programme, leading a small specialised team of security professionals, where you will need to impact change at a very high level across the organisation.

Technical Customer Support Centre Support Director

The Customer Support Director will assume ultimate responsibility for ensuring customer satisfaction with support across end users, OEM and channel partners as well as internal sales engineers and business development teams.

Candidates will have proven experience delivering a world wide support service to a global customer base. Regional support is based in 5 centres across Europe and Asia. The Technical Customer Support Centre Director will be responsible for selecting methods and techniques for improving existing processes and solutions, develop and administer SLAs, the procedures around escalations and performance requirements. You will hire and manage a team, serving as a mentor and interacting with management on SLA attainment and customer satisfaction levels.
